BioPrecision names Jake Hendrick as president of Baseball
Veteran NCAA head coach to oversee baseball strategy, programming, and athlete development.
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — May 17, 2026 — BioPrecision LLC today announced that Jake Hendrick, who most recently served as head baseball coach at Queens University of Charlotte, has joined the company as president of Baseball.
In this newly created role, Hendrick will lead BioPrecision's baseball strategy, athlete programming, coach engagement and national growth efforts. He will work alongside BioPrecision's leadership and sports science teams to help athletes, coaches and organizations translate advanced biomechanics, performance analysis and individualized movement data into practical development plans.

BioPrecision specializes in biomechanics analysis, movement optimization and applied performance science, helping athletes better understand how their bodies move and how to train more safely and efficiently. Through its partnership with Gold & Blue Enterprises, WVU Athletics and the WVU Office of Innovation and Commercialization, BioPrecision is expanding access to advanced baseball performance services for high school, collegiate and professional athletes in Morgantown and beyond.

Hendrick brings a proven record of player development and Division I coaching experience to BioPrecision. He has served as head coach at Queens University of Charlotte and Northeastern State University, and also held coaching roles at Austin Peay State University. His career also includes coaching stops at Marion Military Institute and Stillwater High School. As a head coach, Hendrick has earned more than 200 career wins and developed players who have gone on to professional baseball, including Major League Baseball All-Star Ryan Helsley. At Queens, Hendrick led the Royals through their transition to NCAA Division I and guided the program to breakthrough 2026 wins over South Carolina and Duke. Prior to Queens, Hendrick helped spark Austin Peay's 2023 resurgence as associate head coach and pitching coach, with the Governors' pitching staff recording 516 strikeouts, just the second time in program history the staff reached the 500-strikeout mark. At Northeastern State, he was named MIAA Coach of the Year in 2021 and led the RiverHawks to a 38-18 record and the program's first NCAA regional berth in 2022.

Hendrick earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing with a focus in sports management from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree in health and human performance with a focus in sports administration from Fort Hays State University. He and his wife, Dr. Danielle Hendrick, have three sons: Cooper, Cade and Carson.
