Michael Smith

Michael Smith serves as BioPrecision's operations and content specialist, assisting the coaches with technology, reporting, and other lab operations. Prior to joining BioPrecision he was a 4-year student manager for West Virginia University's baseball team, serving as head student manager during his senior season.

Smith's daily duties as head student manager included managing 30+ student managers, creating assignments, and running technology. He also served as the team's data coordinator for the 2025 season, where he ran the Trackman system and created game reports for coaches and players. Along with these responsibilities, Smith also assisted the WVU coaching staff with recruiting operations.

Smith is a native of New Hyde Park, New York, where he grew up loving the game of baseball and the New York Mets.
